Both Botox and Xeomin require minimal downtime. Most people can return to normal activities immediately, but it’s best to avoid intense exercise, excessive heat, or lying down for about 4 hours after treatment. You may experience mild swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection sites, which usually resolves within a few hours to a few days. During your appointment or consultation, our nurse practitioner will review additional after care instructions to ensure the best results.
